This is a fully-fledge protracker/soundtracker module player that is
mostly portable. It now runs succesfully on the AMIGA, silicon graphics,
sparc, linux, hpux, dec, NeXT...

This version has ALL protracker effects implemented, and needs less cpu time
than the previous ones.

It also includes the ppunpack utility, to depack PowerPacker files. I've
decided to bundle it with tracker even though it is available separately 
since it will probably migrate INSIDE of tracker itself soon.

Status:
sparc, amiga, sgi, hp, OS/2: fully functional
PC Linux/FreeBSD: works most probably
NAS, NeXt: should work with little change
AudioFile (dec), MM1: in progress
