NEW FEATURES

This version of the CircleText script can create animations in which the
circular text rotates around the circle. This feature is enabled by
setting Frames to a value greater than 1.

This script is part of the commercial Personal Paint 7.1 distribution. It
can be used as part of the free upgrade from version 7.0 to version 7.1.
