WHAT THE #@$% IS dctv2anim2 ?

Is a collection of executable files (including my own) and script which will
allow you to convert & rescale dctv animations to standard amiga animation
format. It is a bit slower dctv2anim but provides a slightly better quality
output.

Usage:
Just click on the dctv2anim2 icon.

Installation:-
Copy the dctv.library to your libs: assign before using dctv2anim2.
 

NB: RTG users can play EHB or 256 color anims using CyberANIM which is the
    only RTG anim player for amiga that I know of. My ambition is to write 
    an animation player for RTG which has HAM support, wheather I can do
    that is another story. :)
