WHAT THE #@$% IS dctv2anim ?

Is a collection of executable files (including my own) and script which will
allow you to convert & rescale dctv animations to standard amiga animation
format. You can even just use it to re-scale a standard amiga animation.

Usage:
Just click on the dctv2anim icon.

Installation:-
If you have less than OS3.5 make sure you copy the updated version of the
list command to your c: directory. Then copy the appropriate MPI library for
your processor without the processor extension and the dctv.library to your 
libs: assign before using dctv2anim.
 

NB: RTG users can play EHB anims with lame flickering using CyberANIM which
    is the only RTG anim player for amiga that I know of. My ambition is to
    write an animation player for RTG which has HAM support, wheather I can
    do that is another story. :)
