This is a patch to IBMKEY25.ASM to map the '/' on nationalized win95 
keyboards correctly (i.e. don't generate a '-' character).
The IBMKEY25.ASM is part of /hard/hack/Epic12.lha and 
/hard/hack/Epic13.lha, and even if I included here, 
it remains Copyright of Stephen Marsden.
