Internal spartan version, with the new chip ncr83c50 !
Because the 5380 is not ready availabel, here is a new version
of the spartan. The file ISPAR.lha has two postscript layouts.
The terminator resistors are included now. Please post bug-reports
in the net. I will read them there.
