This is the software alternative to switch one of the OUT-Ports thru "per hand".
This is necessary to use the TriplePlay-MIDI-Interface with MIDI-programs, that
can't control the PIN4 (Request To Send) and PIN20 (Data Terminal Ready) of the
serial-port.
