Flush is an enhanced version of CBM's 'flushlibs'. It's aimed to remove
unused libraries, devices and fonts from memory. Command line arguments
allows for by-name selection of libs, devs or fonts to flush.
This is version 1.1b, a small update to version 1.1. Includes C sources.
