This is a small util for adding files from Aminet INDEX/RECENT
filelists.  Lots faster than the original arexx scripts.  Includes
file area filtering, creates NewFiles.txt like Sortmail does, has
proper date parsing, support for weekly RECENT listings, skips
extraneous data at start of file, and skips data for the 'Message
of the day:' if there.  Updated the CLI argument parsing to include
a QUIET option to speed things up slightly during parsing.

This update changes the format AminetParse uses to match the new
Aminet Daily email format.

Requires AmigaOS v2.04+ and Thor 2.3+
(at least v4 of bbsread.library in Thor)
