Configuration program for Point Manager v3.10.
This is an update to CPM rel.122 it fixes a couple of ugly bugs.

- Now you can insert Area names up to 29 chr long.

rel.122
- Added the 'Project' menu' in the Main window, Now you can Load and Save a
  configuration file with any name.
- Included ReqTools.library v2.1b
