Note:       This program should work on CNet/4 but hasn't been tested. If
            you have _ANY_ problems with it please let me know and I will
            fix it ASAP and send it to you...  (I took out a high getuser
            that has been known to 'shift' in the beta versions.)


Features:
            -  ONline CONFIG ED (see below for needed instructions...)
            -  Configable COLORS/APPEARANCE
            -  ANSI/COLOR/CURSOR/etc...
            -  Replaces _ALL_ Off, O!, Relogon, Quit, etc. functions.
